Digital Detox Book Club (Alexander Family Library) In-Person
Reclaim your time and attention in our 5-week book club where we will read How to Break Up With Your Phone by Catherine Price. We'll work through the book's 30-day digital detox together, providing mutual accountability and support. Each week, we'll focus on the book’s steps and share our experiences. Join us to transform your relationship with technology and enhance your well-being through practical strategies.
1 hour. For ages 18+ years. Registration is required. Registrants are expected to attend all 5 weeks. This is a Partnership Program with Hamilton Health Center.
