Mindfulness and Yoga Workshop for Families In-Person

Attendees will get an overview of what mindfulness means and how they can practice it to regulate emotions and cope with stress. Activities will include a yoga lesson and crafts inspired by the five senses and grounding techniques.  

1 hour. For families with children ages 6+ years. Registration is required and limited.
