Herbal Tea for Summertime with Plant Family In-Person
Learn about cooling medicinal and culinary herbs and how to use them to assist the body in dealing with summertime heat. All participants will get to sample the delicious teas we learn about during the class and walk away with recipes to make at home. We will also do a short plant walk through the community garden onsite and identify some of the plants we will be talking about in class.
1.5 hours. For ages 18+ years. Registration is required.
