Meal Planning & Recipes from the Garden In-Person
Erika Mollo, a Nutrition Specialist with Penn State College of Medicine, will teach this two-part nutrition and cooking class series, inviting participants to explore the community garden, where they can discover delicious and healthy meals made with fresh seasonal produce. Together, we’ll share garden-inspired recipes, meal-planning ideas, ingredient swaps, and practical food safety and preservation tips.
1 hour. For ages 18+ years. Registration is required. Register once for both dates in this two-part program series.
