Computer Workshops: Information Basics (Johnson Memorial Library)--PROGRAM CANCELED In-Person
With social media, “fake news,” and all sorts of advertisements and profit-motivated content, it can be difficult to find information that you trust – more importantly, information that you should trust. This course will cover misinformation and disinformation, finding reputable sources, identifying AI-generated content, and more to get you searching like a pro in no time. Though designed for those with little to no computer experience, this program is open to all skill levels.
1.5 hours. For ages 18+ years. Registration is required and limited.
