Dance Me a Story (Alexander Family Library)

Dance Me a Story (Alexander Family Library) In-Person

Dance with Studio 22's Nutcracker cast as we bring the beloved and timeless classic ballet to life. Dancing feet required! Ideal for ages 3-9 years, although younger siblings will also enjoy the music and movement.

Throughout this creative movement storytelling dance workshop, we will make our way through the story of the Nutcracker. Participants will meet Clara and Fritz at their holiday party, battle the Mouse King, sail to the Land of Sweets, and meet the Sugar Plum Fairy! Your tiny dancer will learn that in ballet, the dancer is trained to act out the story with movement instead of words.
